Repair Damage.

Nothing Less Than Perfection.

Paintless Dent Repair

We have an in-house, Vale-certified paintless dent repair technician who loves nothing more than bringing your car back to perfect — except putting a smile on your face. We will provide an honest, exact estimate that points out any concerns we might have, then quickly and perfectly repair the damage. In fact, you won’t even remember where the dent was.

What is Paintless Dent Repair?

Paintless dent repair (also known as paintless dent removal, or PDR) is a way for technicians to remove dents in your vehicle without having to paint the damaged area. If we can get behind the dent, we use hand tools to manipulate and massage the damaged area until the dent is gone.

If we can’t do that, we use adhesive tabs and a slide hammer to pull the area high, then release the tab and use a knock-down tool and hammer to return the damaged area to its flush position. Either way, the result is a perfect repair every time.

Is My Dent Suited for PDR?

Paintless dent repair can remove about 80–90% of small dents and door dings. Don’t rule out a PDR repair based only on the dent’s size; your actual limiting factors are paint damage, dent location and severity, and degree of metal stretching.

Will the Paint Be Damaged During the Repair?

Today’s automotive primers and paints are very flexible, which makes paintless dent repair more successful. If your vehicle’s paint was not damaged when it was dented, it most likely will not be damaged during the repair process — especially if you are working with a skilled technician.

What is Vale PDR Certification?

When PDR professionals asked for a certification program to demonstrate their skill, Vale was the result. To earn certification, technicians take a timed evaluation of PDR steel, aluminum, and high-strength steel panels using a state-of-the-art digital optic surface measurement device. They also use a PDR-specific light system or reflection board to see even the smallest variances in the repaired panel. This test is incredibly difficult to pass, so only the best of the best are certified.
